PPT Solutions Strengthens Executive Team Appointing New VP of Strategy & Service Delivery

TULSA, OKLAHOMA, January 31, 2017 – PPT Solutions, a premier provider

George W. Svoboda as Vice President of Strategy and Service Delivery. 
Svoboda, formerly CRM Strategy Practice Lead at PwC’s Strategy& and
Principal of Booz & Company, is responsible for advising clients on
their critical business needs and identifying solutions to help clients
align their service operations, processes and technology with their
business strategy.

A proven leader with over 24 years of experience delivering strategy,
operations, digital/technology and outsourcing advisory services,
Svoboda has advised Fortune 500 companies in the health, financial
services, telecom, media and technology industries. Previous to his work
at PwC’s Strategy& and Booz & Company, he served in several key
leadership and executive roles including Senior Vice President of
Alliance Business Development for Sitel, Senior Manager in Deloitte
Consulting’s contact center practice and Senior Principal and Technical
Architect at eLoyalty. Through implementation of contact center
operations, processes enhancements and emerging technology solutions,
his work has continually increased client revenue, improved customer
satisfaction and reduced enterprise-wide costs.
